Ingredients:
- For the potatoes:

- Salt, for boiling
- For the Béchamel sauce:
- 50 g (3.5 tbsp) butter
- 50 g (3.5 tbsp) all-purpose flour
- 500 ml (2 cups) milk
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For assembly:
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated cheese (e.g., Gruyère or Emmental)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
